Brent Rippentrop went on to serve on the senior management team and the Board of Directors for Sunstate Equipment Company, a construction equipment rental company Deere & Company partially owned. With Brent Rippentrop as an instrumental member of the management team, Sunstate Equipment Company quadrupled revenues and expanded market coverage from three to eight states. Brent Rippentrop's most recent role with Deere & Company was as the Vice President of Marketing for John Deere Credit, where he led strategic marketing efforts for equipment lending throughout the United States and Canada. With Brent Rippentrop at the helm, John Deere Credit expanded the company's market share against competitors. Utilizing his extensive leadership and management skills, Brent Rippentrop led a 100-person team while proficiently handling the division's significant budget. A resident of Iowa, Brent Rippentrop holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Accounting from Iowa State University.
